* gnu/services/admin.scm (%rotated-files): Add "/var/log/maillog".
(syslog-rotation-config): Change parameter to 'files'.  Return a
string-append gexp for all of FILES.
(simple-rotation-config): Remove unnecessary 'postrotate' and
'endscript'.
(%default-rotations): Adjust accordingly.
