* gnu/packages/kde-plasma.scm (kinfocenter): Update to 6.1.2.
[inputs]: Remove plasma-framework, qtbase-5, and qttools-5; add kauth,
libplasma, qttools, and qtbase.
[native-inputs]: Add qttools.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Rename fix-systemsettings-symlink phase to set-path
phase and adjust it.
