* gnu/packages/patches/perl-net-ssleay-colon-parsing.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (perl-net-ssleay): Update to 1.94.
[source](origin): Add patch.
