* gnu/packages/patches/sysdig-shared-falcosecurity-libs.patch: Rebase patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/sysdig-falcosecurity-libs-0.20.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
