* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (glibc)[source]: Remove 'snippet' and 'modules'.
[arguments]: In 'pre-configure' phase, substitute @STORE_DIRECTORY@ in
'elf/dl-cache.c'.
