* gnu/packages/admin.scm (greetd): Update to 0.10.3.
[arguments]: Don't install the sources.  Remove an unneeded phase.  Add
a phase to patch /bin/sh in the sources.
[cargo-inputs]: Sort alphabetically.  Remove rust-users-0.11.
