This is to use the same version of librsvg as used by the 'gtk+' package and
avoid propagation conflicts.

* gnu/packages/gtk.scm (guile-cairo)[inputs]: Remove librsvg.
[propagated-inputs]: Replace librsvg with librsvg-bootstrap.
