exclude flaky performance tests.
<#:unpack-path>: Set it, to relax modification in any inherited
packages.
(go-github-com-elliotchance-orderedmap-v2) [arguments]: Swap to
"substitute-keyword-arguments" instead of overwriting after inheritance.
