[source]: Remove upstreamed patch.
[arguments]: Substitute INVOKE for SYSTEM*.  Use standard indentation.
* gnu/packages/patches/ninja-zero-mtime.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
