[#:make-flags]: Remove deprecated “-f posix.mak”.
[#:phases]<patch-git-ls-tree>: Apply ‘substitute*’ to “Makefile” instead of
the deprecated “posix.mak”.
[supported-systems]: Add aarch64-linux (experimental).
