Previously /run/booted-system would end up referring to
/var/guix/profiles/system-NNN-link; consequently, the booted system
would not be GC-protected.

* gnu/services/shepherd.scm (shepherd-boot-gexp): Call
'canonicalize-path' instead of 'readlink'.
