* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pyopengl): Use G-expressions,
shift order of the fields.
[phases] {fix-path}: Rewrite with FORMAT and THIS-PACKAGE-INPUT to
simplify flow.  Remove trailing #t from lambda.
