Mathieu Othacehe 4efc08d895 tests: Fix installation tests. 
Use a CEST timezone as this is the assumed timezone in the run-basic-test
procedure.

* gnu/tests/install.scm (%encrypted-root-not-boot-os,
%btrfs-root-on-subvolume-os): Use a CEST timezone.
