[inputs]: Add BUBBLEWRAP, LIBSECCOMP, LIBWPE, WPEBACKEND-FDO, and XDG-DBUS-PROXY.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (eolie, epiphany)[inputs]: Adjust for changed
variable name.
* gnu/packages/web-browsers.scm (next-gtk-webkit)[inputs]: Likewise.
