* gnu/local.mk (BOOTSTRAP_GUILE_TARBALLS): New variable.
(DISTCLEANFILES): Define as an alias for 'BOOTSTRAP_GUILE_TARBALLS'.
* Makefile.am (check-system): Depend on $(BOOTSTRAP_GUILE_TARBALLS).
