Fixes a regression introduced in
450f774028 and
e3c6575ee9, which introduced
unquote-splicing without changing quote to quasiquote.

* gnu/build/hurd-boot.scm (set-hurd-device-translators)[devices]: Use
quasiquote, note quote.
