* gnu/services/databases.scm (mysql-upgrade-wrapper): Take service
configuration as argument, and pass the config file to mysql_upgrade.
(mysql-upgrade-shepherd-service): Pass CONFIG instead of just socket and
executable to MYSQL-UPGRADE-WRAPPER.
