(create-forgejo-runner-account, forgejo-runner-activation)
(write-yaml, yaml-file, forgejo-runner-shepherd-service): New procedures.
(forgejo-runner-service-type): New variable.
* doc/guix.texi (Continuous Integration): Add “Forgejo Runner” heading.
