Jack Hill 2e30e84b64 services: guix: Authorize 'bordeaux.guix.gnu.org.pub' by default. 
This follows on from the changes in 4985a42724.

* gnu/services/base.scm (%default-authorized-guix-keys): Add
bordeaux.guix.gnu.org.pub.
