Since this package is just intended to provide the
guix-build-coordinator-agent script, don't propagate any inputs and strip the
unnecessary files from the package.

* gnu/packages/package-management.scm (guix-build-coordinator/agent-only)
[arguments]: Add 'strip-non-agent-files phase.
[propagated-inputs]: Move…
