  [arguments] <tests?>: Disable as requiring Pandoc in PATH.
  [native-inputs]: Remove python-configparser, python-coverage,
  python-flake8, python-pandocfilters, python-pytest, python-pytest-cov,
  and python-requests; add python-setuptools.
