* gnu/packages/linux.scm (%linux-libre-version, %linux-libre-hash): Move
above definition of 'linux-libre'.  Remove comment about avoiding minor
version bumps.
(linux-libre): Use %linux-libre-version and %linux-libre-hash to avoid
duplicate copies of that information.
