* gnu/packages/time.scm (python-dateutil)[source](patches): Remove
the dateutil patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-dateutil-pytest-compat.patch: Drop the
patch as seems not required with pytest 8 anymore.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Deregester patch.
