* gnu/packages/libffi.scm (libffi)[arguments]: Apply patch conditionally for
powerpc64le-* systems in a phase.
[inputs]: Add patch as input conditionally for powerpc64le-* systems.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add patch file to build system.
