ng0 81d5a62fb1 gnu: Remove lispf4. ...

The package in its current state is unusable and documentation with unclear
licenses is included.

Also, the file 'lispf42.c' (and possible others) is generated C code and
thus not "source code" as we define it.

* gnu/packages/lisp.scm (lispf4): Delete variable.
