* gnu/services/version-control.scm (<gitolite-configuration>): Add admin-name
field.
(gitolite-activation): Use it.
* doc/guix.texi (Version Control Services): Document it.  Remove the wrong
default value of admin-pubkey.  State the need for .pub extension.
