* gnu/packages/toolkits.scm (imgui)[source]: Streamline snippet.
[arguments]: Use gexps.
[phases]{build}: Add include directive to fonconfig headers.  Also build the
C++ sources found under the "misc" directory.
{install}: Install headers found under the "misc" directory.
[inputs]: Add fontconfig.
