ssh-keygen no longer supports DSA, so we switch to RSA.

* gnu/packages/sugar.scm (sugar)[arguments]: Patch invocation of ssh-keygen to
generate RSA key pair instead of DSA.
(sugar-toolkit-gtk3)[arguments]: Adjust parsing code.
