Reverts bb2263102a.
Follow up of 4aece62a75 that makes this safe.

* etc/guix-install.sh (sys_create_init_profile): Set GUILE_LOAD_PATH and
GUILE_LOAD_COMPILED_PATH to user's current-guix profile.
