Andreas Enge 0e93e3a29b gnu: qlogo: Update to 0.961 and switch to Qt6.
* gnu/packages/logo.scm (qlogo): Update to 0.961.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to qt-build-system.
[inputs]: Remove qtbase-5. Add qtsvg.
[arguments]: Remove all phases. Disable tests.
