[source]: Change to url-fetch.
[build-system]: Change to cargo-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest, python-setuptools and python-wheel.
Add python-minimal.
[inputs]: Change to cargo-inputs.
[build-phases]: Remove unnecessary phase.
* gnu/packages/rust-crates.scm (asciinema): Add dependencies.
