* gnu/packages/engineering.scm (kicad): Update to 9.0.0.
[inputs]: Add libgit2, libglvnd, libsecret, protobuf, nng and zstd:lib.
    Replace wxwidgets with wxwidgets-sans-egl.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Disable EGL, and add RelWithDebInfo.
[native-search-paths]: Update to KICAD9_*.
