Ludovic Courtès 96cd163c14 syscalls: Add ‘mode’ parameter to ‘lock-file’. 
* guix/build/syscalls.scm (lock-file): Add ‘mode’ parameter and honor it.
* tests/syscalls.scm ("lock-file + unlock-file"): New test.
