* gnu/packages/patches/spectre-meltdown-checker-find-kernel.patch: Delete file
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (spectre-meltdown-checker): Update to 0.46.
[#:phases]<fixpath>: Correct name for bunzip2.
Substitute lzop and mktemp as well.
