Efraim Flashner 9eb2468d00 gnu: qemu-minimal: Don't build the documentation. ...

This removes mesa from the build dependency chain.

* gnu/packages/virtualization.scm (qemu-minimal)[arguments]: Replace the
inherited 'move-html-doc phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-sphinx, python-sphinx-rtd-theme.
[synopsis]: Also mention that the docs aren't built.
