* gnu/packages/gnunet.scm (libextractor): Update to 1.13.
[inputs]: Remove ffmpeg-4, no longer supported.
Replace gtk+ with gdk-pixbuf.
[argumens]: Reinstate parallel tests.  Remove fix-exiv2-tests phase.
