method.
[runningSubstituter]: Turn into a shared_ptr.
* nix/libstore/local-store.cc (LocalStore::querySubstitutablePaths):
Call 'substituter' instead of using inline code.
(LocalStore::querySubstitutablePathInfos): Likewise.
(LocalStore::substituter): New method.
