This fixes the broken build.

* gnu/packages/mpd.scm (sonata): Update to 1.7.3.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Disable tests; add phase 'fix-importlib; use G-expression.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-wheel.
