{fix-ninja}: Delete phase.
[inputs]: Ad flatpak, libhandy and libostree.
[propagated-inputs]: Replace gtksourceview with gtksourceview-4.
* gnu/packages/patches/gnome-builder-update-libportal.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): De-register it.
