Sharlatan Hellseher b955a54191 gnu: Remove python-ipaddress. ...

It was a back port of Python 3.3+ "ipaddress" module, not maintained
since 2019 and has no users in Guix.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-ipaddress): Delete variable.
