Nicolas Graves bb08923f8c gnu: Remove libxml++-3. ...

This is a package that was only used for tascam-gtk and its update
proved to be more complex than libxml++ 2 or 5.

* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (libxml++-3): Delete variable.
