Janneke Nieuwenhuizen 6f1661f802 gnu: texlive-bin: Fix build with gcc-14. 
* gnu/packages/tex.scm (texlive-bin)[arguments]: Add CFLAGS to #:configure-flags
to relax gcc-14's strictness.
