* gnu/packages/wm.scm (hyprland): Update to 0.53.1.
[inputs]: Add hyprwire, muparser; Change hyprland-qtutils to
hyprland-guiutils.

The hyprwire and muparser packages are now required dependencies.
The hyprland-qtutils package has been superseded by hyprland-guiutils.
