[arguments]: Set #:qtbase to qtbase.
<#:configure-flags>: Pass -DQT6_BUILD=ON.
[inputs]: Add ki18n, qtdeclarative and qtsvg. Remove qcustomplot, qtbase-5,
qtdeclarative-5, qtquickcontrols2-5, qtsvg-5, qtx11extras.
