* gnu/packages/gnupg.scm (gnupg)[inputs]: Add pcsc-lite.
[arguments]: Rename phase 'patch-config-files' to 'patch-paths'.  Patch
`scd/scdaemon.c' with absolute path of libpcsclite.so.
