1.9.1 introduces the wait4 initialization problem that causes

    mescc: failed: M1 --little-endian --architecture riscv64 -f ../lib/riscv64-mes/riscv64.M1 -f lib-mes-fdungetc.s -o lib-mes-fdungetc.o

which will be fixed in Mes
    461b48f35f49126f5831aa1af3a89f42286ec70f
    lib: linux: Fix uninitialized variable in wait4.

This reverts commit cc33694264.
