* gnu/packages/audio.scm (audacity): Update to 3.5.1.
[inputs]: Add opusfile and rapidjson.
* gnu/packages/patches/audacity-ffmpeg-fallback.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Unregister it.
