* gnu/packages/maths.scm (z3): Add python bindings.
[build-system]: Change to cmake-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove "changedir" phase.  Add "bootstrap" and
"make-test-z3" phases; replace the "check" phase.
Add #:configure-flags.  Remove #:test-target.
