* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-apprise): Update to 1.9.4.
[arguments] <#:test-flags>: Remove --numprocesses in the hope to make
the tests more deterministic.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-pygobject.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest-xdist, and python-wheel.
