45mg d17cd107f5 gnu: acpilight: Install udev rules correctly. ...

udev rules need to go into the lib/udev/rules.d/ output directory for
`udev-rules-service` to pick them up.

* gnu/packages/linux.scm (acpilight): sysconfdir=/lib.
